Most students revise by re-reading notes. It feels productive and it rarely moves a score. Answering questions works better, because it shows you what you do not know yet — while there is still time to fix it. HighYield exists to make that the easiest thing to do: 0 MCQs modelled on real past papers, each with an explanation of why the right answer is right and the others are wrong.
Every one of those questions is written from scratch by our team — we don't copy or reproduce the actual copyrighted papers of CPSP, PMC, FPSC, PPSC, or any other examining body. We build to the same topics, style, and difficulty instead, because that's what actually holds up when the real exam changes from one sitting to the next. Cramming past papers and recalls alone means betting that nothing changes; understanding the concept means you're ready either way.

Which exams are covered
We build banks for the exams students in Pakistan actually sit. For medical entry there is MDCAT and, for engineering, ECAT. Graduates preparing to practise use the PMDC NRE, SMLE, DHA and MCCQE Part 1 banks. Postgraduate trainees have FCPS Part 1 banks for Medicine, Surgery, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, Anaesthesia, Dentistry and Radiology. For civil service and government jobs there is CSS MPT, PPSC and FPSC. The IQ and logical reasoning bank is free forever, because reasoning practice helps in almost every one of them.
Why explanations matter more than question count
A bank of 50,000 questions with no explanations teaches you very little. You learn that you got something wrong, not why. Every question here carries a written explanation and a subject reference, so a wrong answer becomes a lesson rather than a demoralising tick in the margin. That is the difference between grinding questions and actually improving.
Tutor mode and timed mode
Early on you want to learn, so tutor mode shows the answer and explanation straight after each question. Closer to the exam you want pressure, so timed mode runs a countdown and holds the answers back until the end — much closer to how the real paper feels. Most students use tutor mode first and switch over in the final weeks.
What it costs
You pay per question bank, not for the whole site, so preparing for one exam does not mean paying for fifteen others. Access starts at PKR 1,499 for 30 days, with 3- and 6-month options that work out cheaper per month. FCPS and licensing-exam QBanks are priced a bit higher. Each purchase is one payment for a fixed period — nothing renews on its own. Before paying anything you get 20 free questions in whichever bank you are considering. See full pricing.
